Responsible Gaming

Responsible gaming is a fundamental part of our client service policy. We place great importance on addressing issues that may arise from gambling addiction. We believe it is our responsibility to protect players from excessive gambling behavior and to strictly prevent minors from participating.

Our goal is to make our service as comfortable, engaging, and user-friendly as possible, creating an enjoyable leisure experience. However, while gambling can be entertaining, it may become problematic for some individuals.

We fully support internationally recognized responsible gaming standards and are committed to ensuring that our clients enjoy a safe and exciting experience without losing control.

Staying in Control

Gambling with a bookmaker should be viewed as entertainment—a way to relax, enjoy your favorite team, and connect with others who share similar interests. While taking part, it is essential to remain mindful and exercise control. Every participant should remember:

  • Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a reliable way to make money—always use common sense.
  • After a loss, avoid trying to immediately win back your money; there is always another opportunity in the future.
  • Only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.
  • Keep track of both the time and money you spend while playing.

Preventing Gambling Addiction

While most people treat gambling as a recreational activity, a small percentage may develop addictive behavior. Research shows that only a minor portion of adults are affected, but we still take this issue seriously and encourage players to remember:

  • Gambling outcomes are based on probability—there are no guaranteed “systems” or “strategies” for winning.
  • The desire to play should always come from personal choice, not external pressure.
  • Gambling is not a solution for financial problems or debt.
  • Always monitor how much money you spend.
  • Make sure you understand the rules before participating in any game.

Recognizing the Signs of Addiction

It can be difficult to distinguish between healthy enjoyment and harmful addiction. However, certain signs may indicate a problem.

Answer the following questions. If you respond “yes” to five or more, there is a high probability of gambling addiction:

  • Are you deeply preoccupied with gambling?
  • Do you steadily increase your betting amounts?
  • Do you borrow money to gamble?
  • Do you often play longer than intended?
  • Has gambling negatively affected your reputation?
  • Do you feel irritated or upset when you cannot gamble?
  • Do you use gambling as an escape from problems?
  • Do you frequently try to recover losses?
  • Have you unsuccessfully tried to limit your gambling?
  • Do you hide your gambling habits from family or friends?

Tips for Controlling Your Gambling

  • Set a time limit for your gambling sessions in advance.
  • Decide on a maximum loss amount and never exceed it.
  • Never borrow money to gamble.
  • Explore other hobbies and balance them with your gaming activities.
  • Avoid gambling when feeling stressed, upset, or emotionally unstable.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion allows clients to take a break from gambling, helping reduce harmful behavior and regain control. It also provides access to support resources and promotes overall well-being.

To activate self-exclusion, please contact customer support. The request will take effect immediately, and access to services will only be restored after the selected period ends.

  • The minimum self-exclusion period is 1 year and cannot be canceled before it expires.
  • You may also request permanent account closure, which cannot be reversed.

During the self-exclusion period, you will only be able to withdraw funds that were in your account before the request was made. We also strongly recommend self-excluding from other gambling platforms to maintain full control and prevent further risk.
